Aimee is a Mother of two daughters, an avid writer, speaker, mentor, and host of the Modern Shakti Podcast. She's endlessly curious about love, sex, relationships and what it means to be whole.

This realization became a catalyst for Aimee to strip down all the ideas of what femininity and intimacy was to reclaim the truth of who she was at her core.
